Sandra M. Wakefield   Broker/Owner of Sandy's Castles LLC since its inception in 2002. Sandy was born and raised in Montana, and moved to Nevada in 1989. She and her husband Mark, live in Osino where they raised their six children, and are now enjoying life with a larger extended family including ten grandchildren. Sandy worked previously for the Gurrs' as a property manager and realized that our community needed a company that could provide Property Management and Real Estate service in one stop. Sandy is a Nevada Real Estate Broker licensed with an endorsement of the Property Manager permit. She is a member of the Elko County Association of Realtors [President 2011], the Nevada State Association of Realtors [Board Of Directors 2010-2011] the National Association of Realtors and the Elko County MLS Multiple Listing Service. KRISTIE SMITH   Kristie was born and raised in Idaho and moved to Elko County in 1991. Kristie is married to Darin and the proud mother of two children. She began her real estate career in 1997. She completed several educational courses, including real estate law to have a better knowledge of real estate and how to best serve her clients. Kristie received her license and started her exciting career in real estate in the spring of 1998. To add to her experience, Kristie completed several Real Estate Appraising educational courses as a Register Intern Appraiser. She passed the certified Residential Appraisers licensing exam and started her own appraisal business - "K-Smith Appraisal" - in August, 2004. Since September 2005, Kristie has hung her Real Estate Salesperson license with Sandy’s Castles in Elko. She continues to enjoy working with the public, whether her clients need professional dependable assistance in real estate sales or appraisals . She can help you with all you real estate needs.

Miranda Preston   Graduated from Elko High School in 2000. She is married to Dale Preston, who had 2 boys; together they had 4 more children. She is active with the children's school activities, a Girl Scout Leader and sells Avon. Miranda has been helping at Sandy's Castles since they opened in 2002. She is a team player for the office and helps fill in all positions when needed and is Assistant to Sandy. She is currently working on obtaining her Real Estate License. Miranda is current repair / maintenance coordinator full time now. She is also our social media technician, keeping up with Twitter and Facebook and other events. Like us on Facebook!

Sandy's Castles would like to welcome Cheryl Henning to their Sales Department.   Cheryl has been a local Realtor/Sales Agent for close to 5 years. She has been working successfully with Sellers and Buyers throughout Elko County. She has a sparkling personality, and she feels that all her clients become her friends and gives them all that special touch of friendship to each client she works with. Know that if Cheryl is your agent that the job will get done right. In her spare time Cheryl enjoys spending time with her Husband and Children. She has been married for 16 years and has 3 children. Fishing, quading, camping and a tag along for hunting trips are always fun things to do. She also loves vacations in Mexico. She also has put together several fund raisers for Breast Cancer Awareness for a local resident to help pay for medical bills. Cheryl makes a difference and gains personal satisfaction from helping her clients reach their dreams of home ownership or of selling and moving on to life's next adventure.

We feel at Sandy's Castles that Cheryl will be a good addition to our Team. We aren't just rentals we are SALES too! The Princess has entered the Castle.

Sherri Anderson   Sherri was born and raised in Wells NV. She attended schools in Elko County graduating from Elko. She married Tom Anderson in 1970; with 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren they love to go camping, fishing outdoors and enjoy family gatherings. She and Tom moved to Gerlach in 1971 where she worked for the Gerlach School District for 40 years before returning back to Elko County. Retirement, not in her vocabulary, landed a job here with our team as the front desk person. If you call the office you will probably get to hear that sweet voice. She keeps the team organized and entertained. We love having her on our team

Annette Sabin   Annette graduated from Rawlings High School and married Donald Sabin in 1983. They have 2 children and 1 grandchild. They raised their family in Vernal Utah moving here in November 2011. They now make their home in Spring Creek. They enjoying camping, boating, 4x4ing and adventures. Annette is our team accountant / bookkeeper and keeps the financials straight for us. She is always friendly and welcomes you to stop in and meet her.
